Powder coating
Powder Coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is applied electro-statically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a “skin”. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
Our 3×2.5m and 7x2m curing ovens are capable to accommodate small to big projects.
We are having around 80 colours in stock. Just ask for your requirements.
Media blasting
Media blasting (sand blasting) is primarily used to clean surface from any contaminants and unwanted materials for example rust, old paint, grease, salts etc. before re-coating. Media basting has another attribute which is surface etching which make stronger bond between blasted surface and coating element.
Depending on the costumer requirement we can achieve finishes from fine to coarse, and Swedish standard SA 2.5 or higher.
We can Blast anything from little bolts to lorry, trailer or sea container.
This unit is mobile.
Vapour blast
Vapour blast process uses water, micro beads, mild cleaning agents, and air. These components are mixed into a slurry and propelled at high speed toward the surface of a metal part, such as aluminium, brass, titanium as well as stainless steel. It seals the surface, resulting in cosmetic enhancement and imparts a micro finish that helps it resist further staining and oxidation.
Our Vapour blast cabinet is capable with accommodating projects as big as 21′ wheel or v8 engine block.
We can achieve finishes from satin to almost polished what ever costumer specification is.
Slurry blast
Slurry blasting (dustless blasting) is very similar to conventional blasting, however slurry blast do not produce heat or dust.
No heat means thin metal panels or delicate materials can be blasted without heat warping effect or damage .Car body shells, fibreglass constructions inc. boats, wood etc, all can be blast clean using slurry blast.
Almost no dust means it can be used in areas where dust is an issue.
The only down point of slurry basting is the fact that blasted metals has to be prime coated within few hours to prevent oxidation.
Depending on the costumer requirement we can achieve finishes from fine to coarse and Swedish standard SA 2.5 or higher.
We can slurry blast anything: steel, wood, fibreglass, stone you name it.
This unit is mobile. Water supply is recommended on site but not necessary.
